Users who use various mail clients, very often configure this options. In corporate environment, mostly it is done by default. But, I vary rarely seeing mail signature when I receive mail from users which use webmail. In order to create signature, you need to do only few steps described in this tutorial.
First login in to your Gmail account. Then go to upper right corner and select settings icon and in drop menu select Settings again (Slide 1).
On opened Settings page under General tab, scroll down and you will find Signature section, with radio button selected as No Signature. Select button bellow to enable signature as service and text editor (Slide 2).
Type data, you want to find in your signature, such as name, surname, phone number, website…. (Slide 3).
When you are done, scroll down to the end of page and select Save Changes button (Slide 4.).
That`s it. You are done.
