Mail forwarder is tool that helps people with several or even tens of email accounts to save time in reviewing emails, by sending all mails from different mail accounts to just one account. I have probably more then 15 account that I use very occasionally, but still I have to be up to date with received messages. For such accounts I configure mail forwarders.
There is two types of forwarding. First one is when you are forwarding one mail account to some other. Second type is when you are forwarding all mails from one domain to another domain.
Lets start with first.
On your cPanel home page navigate to and select Forwarders icon (Slide 1).
On Add a New Forwarder page type email address you want to be forwarded and verify correctness of domain. In some cases you can have mail address under subdomain and accordingly you have to select subdomain instead domain. Then type mail address on which mails should be forwarded. Select Add Forwarder button (Slide 3 & Slide 4).
Verify your configuration (Slide 5.)
When you intend to forward all mails from one domain to another, do as follows.
Go back to slide 2 and instead selecting Add Forwarder select Add Domain Forwarder. Then select domain you want to be forwarded and type domain you want mails to be forwarded to. Select Add Forwarder. Verify configuration (Slide 6. & Slide 7.).
