How to map network drive on Windows

Idea is to give users on some PC`s additional space which will be located on servers or storage devices, by mapping network drive (space) as local. Users will see this space as drive under My Computers Network location.

Let imagine that some one created folder on some server, somewhere. You want to map this folder as your new drive. Double-click on My computer and take Map network drive option (Slide 1.).

In Map Network Drive dialog choose drive letter and type folder location or navigate¬†through Browse… option (Slide 2.).

Enter network user and password if your user credentials are not enough and hit OK (Slide 3.).

After that your network folder will appear as Network Location (Slide 4.).
